Jeff Ott
Producer, Photographer
Jeff attended college at Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, WV, majoring in psychology and 'minoring' in writing, playing guitar, singing and recording music in a band. Jeff has transferred these production skills and experiences in producing successful podcasts.
Jeff also grew up in his father's darkroom and has continued using those skills as a photographer with an interest in corporate, real estate, wedding and aerial photography.
Jeff is a 14 CFR Part 107 Licensed drone pilot.
Kim Flottum
Author, Publications Editor
Kim Flottum attended the University Of Wisconsin, Madison, receiving a BS in Horticulture Production. While an undergrad he worked for the UW Entomology Department, researching insect control in green houses and gardens, and writing Extension Bulletins about those pests.
After stints working for the USDA and later a farm operation, Kim took over the reins of Bee Culture Magazine where he managed the publication for over 33 years.
During this time, Kim has written and published five books on beekeeping, including the soon to be released 5th edition of, "The Backyard Beekeeper".
